About Me

I trained in IT and then stepped into media, running my own promotion and digital marketing enteIMG_5677rprises. My clients ranged from corporate power houses, to music labels and spiritual authors. I also forged a career as a freelance multimedia producer and radio consultant and complimentary to this work I began delivering media training workshops in 2003. I have trained diverse groups ranging from primary school children to media professionals.
I currently offer web and brand development for yoga teachers and small businesses through my venture Sat On A Mat.
I am also a Kundalini Yoga Teacher and since 2012 I have been running the Kundalini Yoga Collective, a group of teachers and students that grows by the day.  The idea for Sat On A Mat came when I began to promote Kundalini Yoga Collective online. I soon realised that promoting yoga was inspiring me to use a new approach to digital promotion. My priority became to connect authentically with the audience. By keeping this intention strong I have built a community which regularly engages with us both in the digital and ‘real’ world.
