Terms & Conditions

We aim to keep the process affordable for you and sustainable for us. In order to maintain that balance and also provide a high quality of service we run a well oiled and streamlined machine:-

  • Prior to payment, we send you a detailed list of work agreed – this will be more or less as laid out in each package listed on the website.
  • This will also detail any customisation to the standard packages you may require and include a quote for this additional work.
  • Once the work is agreed between us we send you an invoice.
  • Payments are accepted via Paypal or bank transfer on receipt of our invoice.
  • Our Paypal is info@satonamat.com.
  • Payment is in advance.
  • Payment is an agreement to these terms and conditions and also to how we work.
  • Once payment is confirmed we will contact you within two working days to schedule delivery of your service.
  • Total lead time for a website will not exceed two months. This deadline is useful both for us and you.
  • We also give our clients a deadline! All drafts and requests for content and information must be responded to within 8 weeks.
  • Cancellations are accepted and full refunds can be given if made within 24 hours of receipt of payment only. No refunds will be made following this period. This does not affect your consumer rights.
  • If this is your first website you first need a domain name and an ISP before the development process can begin. There will be additional costs for this, typically about £20 for the domain and £40 per year for the hosting.
  • We work using the Divi theme which is highly flexible and allows for any design structure and is also easy to learn once set up – good if you need to do updates.
  • We aim to complete your product within five working days of final approval. This is how we work.
  • Further development, additions or revisions outside the package will be charged additionally per revision. Charges vary but typically will be
    • £30 per hour for website changes
    • £45 per additional logo addition
    • £20 per additional business card revision
  • All content e.g. text, photos, images etc must be supplied by the client. If you would like additional articles, blogs, podcasts, video, copy or article we can also quote for this.
  • If you purchase a website or branding package and require us to use logos you must supply this.
  • If you require further assistance with using WordPress or related technical issues, we run a weekly Sat Surgery. We will not answer queries by email that are outside of the remit of the package agreed and paid for.
